Senior Product Designer – Greentech

Location: Hybrid, London (1 day a week)

Salary: £430/day (Outside IR35)

Duration: 10 Months

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team in the Greentech industry. This role requires a talented generalist UX/UI designer who excels in working with data and designing effective communication tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user-centric digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and data scientists.
• Interpret and incorporate data insights into design decisions to improve product performance.
• Develop intuitive and visually engaging UI designs.
• Design communication tools to effectively convey complex data and insights to users.
• Maintain and improve design systems and guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong experience in designing data-driven interfaces and communication tools.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging user experiences.
• Experience working in agile development teams, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design solutions to stakeholders.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
