Infrastructure and Security Manager
An exciting opportunity has been announced to work alongside one of the UK’s most prolific organisations, they are a internationally recognised brand that are seeking an Infrastructure and Security Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in Network infrastructure, who has progressed into using both AWS and Azure cloud technology. You will be responsible for all aspects of Security and infrastructure within the organisation, from maintaining the security architecture, delivering on security design to project managing internal projects.
Role: Infrastructure & Security Manager
Contract: Permanent
Location: South-East London (required on site 1 day per week)
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000
Benefits: 30 days AL+BH, Flexible/hybrid working, 11% pension, annual bonus, Private healthcare, 4.5 day working week
Essential skills required for this role:
- Strong networking background (TCP/IP, Cisco, firewalls, VPN’s, active Directory, LAN, WAN)
- Comfortable working in a cloud environment (AWS & Azure)
- Experience delivering infrastructure & security design
- Strong level of security understanding – you will be responsible for coordinating pen testing, vulnerability assessments, framework implementation and compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, both internally and MSP’s
- Up-to-date security knowledge and awareness
- Security & Infrastructure strategy and planning experience
- Strong communicator and a self-starter
This organisation currently operates with some on-prem servers, the right candidate will be comfortable operating in this environment as well as cloud.
