A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a large-scale Dynamics 365 CE/CRM enabled Business Transformation programme for a well-established organisation within the Not-for-Profit sector, based in the Midlands. Offering a competitive salary of £85,000, this role provides the chance to make a significant impact by delivering transformation that enhances customer engagement, digital efficiency and overall operational performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in programme management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or CRM implementations. You will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic goals, overseeing system configurations, data migration and stakeholder engagement. The role will also require close collaboration with internal leadership teams and external partners to maintain timelines, budgets and risk mitigation plans.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have extensive hands-on experience leading digital transformation initiatives powered by Dynamics 365 CE or CRM, ideally within mission-driven or membership-based organisations. Strong change management capabilities are essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills to align stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams.
An in-depth understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, particularly Customer Engagement modules, is required. Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure integrations and non-profit sector processes is advantageous. A recognised project or programme management certification (e.g. MSP, Prince2, or AgilePM) is desirable.
