As a Risk Settlement Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team of specialists within the Risk Settlement Group, supporting a variety of pension risk transfer transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with settlement transactions such as buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation/capital solutions.
- Managing transactions to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Advising clients on their 'Journey to Settlement', from initial preparation to market feasibility.
- Supporting new business opportunities and initiatives.
- Applying market knowledge to deliver tailored settlement solutions for clients.
- Assisting with marketing efforts and media engagement, including campaigns and events.
- Contributing to the development of new strategies and propositions within the group.
- Mentoring and supporting colleagues at various levels.
Skills and Experience needed for this role:
- Proven experience in managing settlement transactions.
- Strong industry knowledge and technical expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and ambitious, with the ability to work within diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented while able to see the bigger picture.
