Are you currently working in General Insurance, London Market within Catastrophe, Exposure, or Claims Analytics with expertise/interest in Cat Event Response and looking for an exciting new opportunity? If so, we’re thrilled to be partnering with a well-established Insurtech business that’s scaling up and seeking a dynamic Senior Client Solutions Analyst to join their team.
In this strategic, client-facing role, you will collaborate with Catastrophe, Exposure, and Claims teams across the market who utilize this specialized GIS-based Cat Event Response product. You’ll provide training and support to clients, clarify technical aspects, ensure the product integrates smoothly into their portfolios, deliver insightful analytics, and relay client feedback and requests to product developers. You will also support the sales team through technical presentations and represent the business at industry conferences and committees.
