As an Actuarial Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering actuarial services to a portfolio of clients, including:
- Advising on strategic pensions issues such as benefit design, risk management, funding, and pension accounting disclosures
- Preparing actuarial valuations and other necessary documents as required under the Pensions Act 1990
- Overseeing the quality of work, including reviewing work from junior team members
- Collaborating with colleagues across various consulting areas

To be successful, you will have:
- Qualification as an Actuary (or nearly qualified, with less than one year remaining)
- Experience in stakeholder management; prior experience managing client relationships is a plus
- A strong technical background in pensions, or the willingness to transition from non-pension actuarial fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions at senior management level
- The ability to work well within teams and support colleagues development
- A strategic mindset alongside attention to detail
