We are seeking a Solutions Architect OR Business systems Manager / Head of Service looking to side step to help shape the future of innovation and digital transformation within a housing association.
This role involves working closely with the senior management and delivery teams to design and implement integrated architectural solutions that meet business needs and deliver quality outcomes.
Role: Solutions Architect
Salary: £70,875 - £78,750
Contract: Permanent
Location: 2/3 days per month onsite (Midlands)
Key Responsibilities:
• To lead the design and orchestration of technical solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and design principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, customer-focused digital business platforms.
• Oversee the integration of digital technologies, data, and processes to enhance both customer and colleague experiences.
• Ensure effective quality control and the alignment of solutions with agreed-upon blueprints.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, particularly with D365 CE, F&O, Housing Systems, M365, and Power Platform.
• Experience in the housing sector and understanding of the full app and data stack.
• Familiarity with business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, microservices, and predictive analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
