SITS Finance Consultant | Up to £65k | Remote

 

We’re working with a forward-thinking organisation that has ambitious plans for the future. They are currently seeking an expert with functional/operational knowledge of the SAMS module of SITS to join their team.

 

If you have a deep understanding of the student lifecycle and have experience working on SITS implementation project, either in consultancy or as a finance SME in a university setting, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

  • Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on experience)

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the student lifecycle, with experience in SITS implementation as a Finance SME.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing the organisation’s values.

 

 

As a SITS Finance Consultant, you’ll take the lead on end-to-end implementation of the finance SAMS module, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will also include providing post-implementation consultancy to guarantee ongoing delivery and success. You’ll support the entire project lifecycle – from design verification, reconfiguration, testing, to delivery and go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyse customer requirements and manage expectations.
  • Stay ahead of current trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation and offering valuable ideas for discussion and implementation.
  • Foster senior-level relationships with key customer stakeholders, identifying opportunities for further consulting services.
  • Collaborate with the New Projects team to shape product and solution configurations.
  • Contribute to revenue generation by identifying additional product and service opportunities.
  • Proactively address any issues that could impact customer expectations or delivery.

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with SaaS platforms.
