An exciting opportunity has been announced to work with a Housing Association who are currently spearheading one of the largest transformation programmes in the sector. The ideal candidate for this role will have an abundance of experience working on housing management software specifically on large scale, complex projects.
Salary: £57,000
Contract: Permanent
Location: North West ( On site minimum 1 day per week)
Benefits package: 35 hour week with flexible working, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, generous pension; further details tbc.
Essential Skills for this role:
- Housing Experience
- Experience coding - SQL / Progress
- Experience of development languages such as Java, C#, .Net etc.
- Strong system and software background - experience of working with development standard tools and techniques.
- Experience providing support and confidence to resolve different technical difficulties in order to be able to develop software enhancements to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Systems configuration experience.
- Writing APIs; knowledge and understanding, experience in system integration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across the business and with different customers.
- Knowledge of housing management systems such as Civica CX, Capita OpenHousing, DRS, Progress, TotalMobile, Keystone etc.
Desirable Skills for this role:
- Jira or Azure DevOps experience.
- Experience of ITIL Service Management.
- Experience and knowledge of database technologies including SQL Server; SSRS/SSIS.
