We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to configure, customise, and support D365 Customer Engagement (CE). You will play a key role in optimising system performance, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing functionality to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Customise workflows, plugins, and integrations using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
Work closely with stakeholders to optimise CRM functionality.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with best practices.
Document system configurations and processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a D365 CRM Developer.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Customer Insights).
Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Experience with customisation, configuration, workflows, and JavaScript.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210, MB-220).
Experience with SQL, Azure, and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with SharePoint, Office 365, or Teams.
