Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Head of Governance for our healthcare organisation. You will be in charge of all governance activities, ensuring all procedures comply with regulatory standards and promoting the highest level of patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the company's governance framework and strategy.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Maintaining an effective risk management process.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Monitoring patient safety and quality of care.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders and the board of directors.
• Managing a team of governance professionals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar governance role within the healthcare industry.
• Demonstratable knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Previous experience in corporate or clinical governance
• Ability to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly.
