Role: Senior Programme Manager
Contract: 6 months
Location: Hybrid (1-2 Days in London per week)
IR35: Outside IR35
Rate: £600-700 DOE
Start Date: Start of April
Key Responsibilities:

Key Deliverables:
- Integrated Transformation Delivery Plan. Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive programme plan that aligns strategic objectives with detailed workstream activity, resources, governance, and timelines – ensuring the entire programme runs as a coherent, well-paced machine through to business case approval.
- Operating Model and Business Model Validation. Coordinate the cross-functional effort to define, prototype, and test key elements of the future business and operating model – ensuring the models are commercially viable, scalable, and aligned with the organisational mission, backed by robust data.
- Scale of Change Analysis and Organisational Readiness. Deliver a clear, evidence-based assessment of the scale of change required, surfacing risks, blockers, and organisational dependencies – and driving actions to prepare people, systems, and leadership for successful transition to the future state.
- Production of the Full Business Case Lead the collation and synthesis of complex workstream outputs into a clear, strategic, and investment-ready business case – articulating the value proposition, operating model, financial projections, risk management, and implementation roadmap, ready for board approval by September.
Essential skills:
- Experience of scaling change (ideally in a start-up).
- Experience leading large scale business change programmes.
- An understanding of how NPOs/Public Sector Organisations are set up.
- Strong track record of enabling successful adoption of new operating models.
- Calm under pressure and resilient to challenges.
