Business Analyst | Social Housing | London | End-to-end Implementation | Housing Management Systems
Business Analyst required on a Permanent basis for a leading social housing provider in the London area. This is a brand new role, formed on the back of a new Directorate that has been created for a greenfield end-to-end housing management systems implementation.
Role: Business analyst
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 – plus a fantastic benefits package, likened to local government
Location: London – hybrid with 1-2 days a weeks in the office
Sector: Social Housing
Contract type: 3 Year FTC
The essential skills for this role are:
Whilst the role is a 3-year FTC, the length of this contract gives a good level of stability in what is a massive multi million pound project.
The role will work alongside two of BAs, as well as a newly formed Housing Systems Technology Support team.

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst
- Housing Management Systems experience
- Service design experience – working with the end user in forefront of mind
- As is, to be process design experience
- Strong technology adoption experience
- Experience creating and helping facilitate training materials and training sessions
