Asset Data Analyst - Social Housing - London - £40,000 per annum
We are currently seeking two experienced Data Analysts to join a London based housing association. This role offers a salary of £40,000 per year and provides an opportunity to work on a significant project developing a major works programme while maintaining and improving asset management data.
The role will involve maintaining a three-year investment works programme, supporting the replacement of key household components, and contributing to the development of a high-level five-year planned works strategy. A key responsibility will be maintaining the asset management system, Keystone, ensuring stock condition information is accurately updated and cleansed so that the data within the system remains reliable and reflective of the organisation’s needs. There will also be a requirement to extract and analyse data, ensuring it provides meaningful insights that support business objectives and operational efficiency.

The essential skills for this role are:
- Engagement with stakeholders across the business will be essential, particularly in reviewing commitments, managing referrals relating to windows and programme works, and providing valuable data insights to inform asset management decisions. Excellent customer service and complaint management skills are required to ensure effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in handling large volumes of data and data sets, ensuring high-quality and accurate information.
- A solid understanding of ETL processes and experience in data extraction is essential. Advanced Excel skills, including the use of VLOOKUP functions, are required to manipulate and analyse data effectively.
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of Power BI and SQL would be advantageous, though training can be provided in these areas.
- Previous experience working within a housing or asset management environment, particularly with Keystone, would be highly beneficial. Familiarity with major works and repairs environments would also be desirable.
