Project Manager / Change Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager / Change Manager to support a critical financial system implementation project for one of our Not for profit clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading change initiatives, designing a change management roadmap and working closely with the implementation partner to ensure a timely and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management roadmap.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and address challenges.
- Collaborate closely with an external implementation partner to ensure project success.
- Challenge and influence stakeholders to drive change and adoption.
Essential Skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.
- Proficiency in creating and executing a change management roadmap.
- Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Experience working closely with implementation partners.
Desirable Skills
- Extensive experience within the not-for-profit or public sector.
- Proven experience managing financial system implementation projects.
