Job Description

Gravitas are partnering with an NHS Trust to seek a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Head of Digital Delivery and Deputy Director as an interim contract. This is one of the most senior posts within the Trust's Digital function and sits within the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Driving forward Digital Strategy and leading associated programmes
• Management of the Digital Delivery Team
• Chairing Digital Delivery Governance Boards
• Working with the CDIO to establish and delivery improvement programmes across the Trust
• Managing the roll-out of new Digital Services
• Representing the Trust at national and local Digital meetings as required

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong NHS background with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and complexities.
• Proven knowledge and practical application of ITIL standards
• Delivery of large, complex digital agendas
• Demonstrable experience in managing and prioritising large-scale budgets effectively.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal certification in ITIL or equivalent service management frameworks.
• Project and programme management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or MSP.
