Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to work on an exciting project within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. You will utilise your expertise to tackle complex data challenges and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise data science solutions using Python and SQL.
• Leverage AWS for scalable data management and model deployment.
• Analyse Time Series data to uncover trends and patterns.
• Apply computer vision and acoustic analysis techniques where required.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements:

• Strong experience working with Python, SQL, and AWS environments.
• Proven track record in Time Series modelling and analysis.
• Experience in computer vision and acoustic analysis is highly desirable.
• Background in physical engineering is extremely advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with occasional travel to client sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
