Gravitas Recruitment Group is proud to partner with an esteemed insurance client in their search for a SharePoint Administrator.
About the Role:
As a SharePoint and M365 Administrator, you will play a vital role in the configuration, administration, and development of their Microsoft Collaboration platforms, whilst also providing a 3rd line support service to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration, configuration, and development of applications and solutions (SharePoint Server and Online versions, Teams, OneDrive)
- Act as a SME
- Be proactive in maintenance and housekeeping activities
- Provide a 3rd line support service, working with colleagues and partners to resolve incidents and fulfill requests, adhering to defined SLAs
- Maintain appropriate technical documentation as well as a knowledge base of known issues, workarounds, and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a technical debt log for the MS Collaboration platforms, proposing suitable solutions where applicable
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in SharePoint and M365 Admin (Specifically in SharePoint Server Farms including HA and DR scenarios).
- Understanding of the SharePoint Search Topology
- Experience in PowerShell scripting, PnP PowerShell cmdlets, and PnP Provisioning engines essential for automating administrative tasks, managing configurations, and performing bulk operations
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- User Management in MS Collaboration platforms (add/remove users, control access to content and set permissions),
Salary: up to £70,000
Location: Hybrid - London 2-3 days a week
