This esteemed insurance company is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to play a vital role in overseeing and enhancing the Compliance Framework.

This position reports directly to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, the successful candidate will ensure that the International business adheres to all regulatory standards, making a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development and execution of International Compliance priorities and strategic planning.

- Assess ongoing compliance with Lloyd's Regulatory and Financial Crime Principles, Lloyd's Insurance Company's Financial Crime Guide for Underwriters, and the FCA's Financial Crime Guide.

- Collaborate with the business to ensure that Conduct requirements are consistently met throughout the customer journey.

- Conduct reviews of current and emerging regulatory developments, evaluating their impact on international operations through thorough risk assessments, and communicate necessary actions effectively to the business.

- Design and deliver engaging compliance training programs, utilizing both e-learning and face-to-face sessions for all relevant employees.

- Build and nurture key stakeholder relationships, particularly with the Compliance function, to foster trust and align with strategic business priorities.

- Ensure effective collaboration between the Compliance function and other internal governance units, including Legal, Risk, and Internal Audit. Experience Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of Lloyd's regulations, processes, and procedures.

- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and effectively.

- Comprehensive understanding of FCA/PRA and Lloyd's regulations.

- Excellent organisational and planning abilities, with a keen eye for identifying strategic priorities.

- Strong influencing skills, combined with a commercial approach to risk assessment.
