Location: Kings Cross, London (Hybrid - 4 days per week)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (flexible)

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data-driven insights to solve complex business problems.
- Design and execute robust experiments to inform strategic decisions.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable strategies for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to enhance business processes.
- Balance long-term strategic thinking with flawless execution of initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related discipline).
- Extensive experience in analytics, data science, operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of solving business challenges through data analysis.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, and Excel; experience with low-code/no-code/AI tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to convey insights clearly.
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts and foster collaboration.
