An exciting opportunity has been announced to work with a housing association who are spearheading a huge transformation programme.
The right candidate for this role will have an abundance of experience in Business Analysis, specifically around process mapping and writing procedures.
Role: Business Analyst Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Contract: 12-month fixed term contract (chance for it to be made permanent)
Location: Northwest (Onsite minimum 1 day per week)

Essential Skills for this role
- As is and To be process mapping
- Experience writing procedures for multiple departments
- Ability to differentiate between procedures and processes
- Facilitate and running workshops
Desirable Skills for this role
- Housing experience
- Worked in a ISO9000/9001 environment
The successful candidate will work on a number of projects discerning whether the business requires new or revised processes and/or procedures to align with the correct policies to bridge the gaps identified. This will ensure smooth successful delivery with the ultimate goal to be ISO certified in the new year.
