Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Business professional to join our team in the Housing IT industry. The successful candidate will work on system optimisation, data analysis, and delivering technical solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance IT systems in the housing sector.
• Develop and document system specifications and workflows.
• Ensure integration of IT systems with existing processes and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as required.
• Provide training and support to end-users in the Housing IT environment.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in IT business analysis or similar roles within the Housing IT industry.
• Knowledge of housing management systems and software.
• Strong technical understanding of IT systems and architecture.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with data migration projects.
• Understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations in a housing context.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
