Location: Fully Remote (with occasional travel to offices in the UK as needed)
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000
Job Overview:
Are you passionate about Dynamics 365, case management, and the legal sector? We're looking for Dynamics Engineers to join a growing team developing cutting-edge case management solutions. As part of a dynamic, forward-thinking organization, you will be involved in replacing legacy systems, building integration's, and shaping the future of legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions for case management across various domains.
- Participate in the full SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), from architecture and design to testing and release.
- Maintain and develop integration's with other systems, utilizing tools such as CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Legal professionals embedded within the teams.
- For senior roles, lead architectural and design efforts, ensuring solutions meet business needs and technical requirements.
Essential skills:
- 3-4 years of Dynamics 365 experience (Customer Service & Sales modules).
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals or D365 Customer Service Functional Consultant).
- Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
- Basic knowledge of C# (ability to code and develop plugins).
- Understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript.
Desirable Skills:
- Legal sector knowledge or experience.
- Power BI.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
