Full-stack Engineer | 6 month contract | Outside IR35

Contract Length: 6 Months (Outside IR35)
Day Rate: £400/day

We are working with an AI start-up based in London, who are looking to bring on board full stack contractor.

Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end development of their product. You will be working closely with a small, collaborative team, tackling everything from front-end interfaces to back-end services, while leveraging cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js and TypeScript.
• Develop robust server-side logic with Node.js.
• Collaborate with the team to design and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS.
• Work closely with designers and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure best practices in performance, security, and maintainability are adhered to.

Required Experience:

• Strong experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Proficient in Node.js for building server-side applications.
• Experience with AWS services, including deployment and infrastructure management.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Previous experience working with a start-up.
• Familiarity with start-up culture-comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate effectively with team members.
