With a few years of recruitment experience under her belt, Emma joined Gravitas in 2013 where she worked across a number of different business areas. Emma’s passion and experience has led to several promotions and she is now Associate Director for Strategic Planning and Implementation.
In her role today as Associate Director, Emma manages the Customer Care & Compliance and Legal team for the UK and Asia to ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients, candidates and Gravitas employees.She also oversees projects with touch points to these business areas such as process improvement, automations and the previous introduction of IR35.
Emma loves the exciting and fast-paced environment that recruitment brings and she finds seeing the developments of the markets the Gravitas supports very rewarding. She also loves supporting her team and seeing these individuals progress and build lasting careers are some of her proudest moments.
Outside of work Emma likes to cook, make cards, and paint - purely for wellbeing rather than as a skill! She is also a Mum of a 6-year-old so spends a large amount of time on child-based adventures!
