Working alongside a skilled team of top rated Brokers and Producers this position represents an outstanding opportunity to join this successful North American division, with leadership responsibility for the Transportation team. Leading and managing you will be responsible for new and existing business, driving additional growth and enriching the current book of business. The successful individual will not be hindered by red tape, and proactive hand's on support to develop both personally and professionally will be provided. Position If you possess drive, ambition, and extensive experience in managing Binding Authority business or Open Market transactions, their exceptional market platform offers a promising opportunity for growth and success. As a pivotal member of the team, you'll collaborate closely with the Executive team to: * Maintain, build and cement relationships * Lead client meetings and attend networking events * Production of proposal documents and negotiating * Business planning and forecasting * Managing and coaching Brokers to assist where possible in achieving mutual goals * Identify business opportunities to grow and expand the book of business Competencies required in the role include: * 7 plus years market broking experience placing North American Transportation business * Management and mentoring skills * Skilled in identifying opportunities for business development * Expertise in establishing and nurturing existing client relationships * Professional and tactful negotiation skills * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing * Proven presentation skills encompassing preparation and delivery.
