Our company is looking for a dedicated Personal Lines Pricing Lead who will take charge of their high net worth insurance portfolio. This vital role involves not only guiding the pricing strategies for personal line products but also mentoring a team, aiding their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pricing and risk function for personal lines and high net worth segments.
• Optimise portfolios through advanced pricing techniques.
• Mentor and manage a diverse team, fostering a supportive, productive, and focused environment.
• Collaborate with underwriting and analytics teams to develop strong pricing policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a pricing role within the insurance industry, preferably with a focus on Personal Lines and/or high net worth portfolios.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and insurance industry trends.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, pricing tools, and software (SAS, SQL, Radar, Emblem etc.)
